Stephen John Huysman

Biography

I'm a data engineer and scientific software developer who builds production ML pipelines and cloud-based data systems. My work combines Python, R, AWS infrastructure, and Linux to solve complex analytical problems, with a focus on environmental and geospatial applications.

I hold a Master's degree in Biological Sciences from Montana State University, where my research applied computational modeling and spatial analysis to conservation challenges. I currently work with the Northern Rockies Conservation Cooperative (NRCC) in partnership with the National Park Service, architecting data pipelines and predictive models for land management.
